CDG is highly involved in the communities they work and live in and make it a point to do something substantial in each community in which they have projects. Hadley and the leadership team work with local officials to determine areas of need and how CDG can meet those needs. These community involvement programs have included passing out thanksgiving meals to those in need and supporting local non-profits and schools.
CDG is an active member in Houston’s community, conducting pro bono work and dedicating 10 percent of profits to a Benevolence Fund. CDG is a major sponsor for the Village Learning and Achievement Center and InKids in Humble, TX, participating in their golf tournaments, galas and volunteering at their events.
“I have worked with Steven and Construction Diversity Group and have found them very professional and timely. They keep communications, always answer calls, are on time, and provide great customer service. This is really a testament to Steven’s leadership.”
"The scope of the project [at St. John Missionary Baptist Church] was huge - we had some plumbing issues with two of our downstairs restrooms...we are very appreciative for the love and kindness shown to us by CDG...We are so grateful for their compassion and efforts put forth then and now to rebuild Third Ward in Houston, Texas."
"Steven Hadley, owner of Construction Diversity Group, is one of the most professional contractors that I have worked with. His company does excellent work and they stand by it. I can't say enough about him, his ability and how much personal integrity that he has. I recommend his company highly."
“I worked with CDG, Steven Hadley and Jason Matthews in particular at the Intercontinental Airport for United Airlines. They are a very professional group that delivered the product, underground utilities, on time and under budget. I would definitely use CDG again on another project.”
